HR Director - Mexico

Location: Lomas de Chapultepec, Paseo de la Reforma 115, Mexico City, Mexico. The role supports Mexico offices across Coyoacan, Reforma, and Remsen and may require an in-person interview before hiring.

What you will do

• Align local HR strategy with global business-unit priorities across multiple divisions.
• Provide operational HR support and ensure consistent employee processes and experiences.
• Coach, develop, and challenge managers on business priorities and people leadership.
• Lead talent identification, selection, retention, and workforce pipeline development.
• Oversee employee relations, compensation, engagement, employee experience, and organizational change.
• Manage and provide leadership to a five-person HR team.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional-level HR generalist experience in Mexico.
• Thorough knowledge of local HR practices, policies, employment practices, and industry trends in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience implementing the full HR lifecycle and handling HR transformations or organizational change.
• Strong problem-solving, investigative, prioritization, multitasking, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
