CRADLE Project Manager (Maternity Cover) (Robotics and AI)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; support may also be required at Amentum’s facility in Birchwood for research and technical demonstrations.

What you will do

• Provide project management services and support research activities within the CRADLE programme and the wider Manchester robotics group.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, especially with external partners and programme participants.
• Facilitate technology, research, and technical demonstrations, including activities at Amentum’s Birchwood facility.
• Support collaboration between approximately 20 hirify.global researchers and a similar number of Amentum engineers.
• Contribute to high-quality publications covering experimental activities.
• Support dissemination of CRADLE research and technical outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in project management and supporting research programmes.
• Ability to engage professionally with external stakeholders and facilitate technology demonstrations.
• Ability to contribute to publications and research dissemination.
• Willingness to work in Manchester and support demonstrations at the Birchwood facility when required.
