Group Director, Product Management (AI)

Location: Onsite at 802 Respect Dr, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $195,000–$370,000, plus performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for the global associate-facing digital experience.
• Own the MyWalmart associate mobile application, including scheduling, clock-in, pay, benefits, learning, and AI-powered coaching.
• Direct the Sidekick AI-powered in-store experience and operational tools for inventory, task management, and store operations.
• Oversee staffed registers, self-checkout, exit arches, and the complete frontend checkout experience.
• Govern the portfolio of AI-native associate products and review new initiatives before formal scoping.
• Build and lead high-performing product teams while partnering with Engineering, Design, People, Business, and store operations leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area plus 15 years of product management experience, or 17 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience leading complex, large-scale product portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Strong product strategy, execution, platform thinking, and leadership capabilities.
• Preferred: experience with consumer-facing, highly complex B2B/C products and supervisory responsibilities.
• Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility, and inclusive product development.
