Location: Remote within the United States; employees from U.S. territories and Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, and Maine are not eligible.

Salary: $75,025–$94,912 USD target hiring range; maximum current salary of $105,759 USD.

What you will do

• Evaluate member health metrics and clinical information to develop and sustain Utilization Management and Care Management initiatives.
• Assess member needs and determine whether Care Management or Utilization Management intervention is appropriate.
• Coordinate services, connect members and providers with available resources, and support access to in-network care.
• Guide members in healthcare decisions, treatment-option research, care-gap closure, and health-behavior change.
• Analyze barriers to care and member or provider experience, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Monitor program effectiveness, track metrics, and report outcomes to support organizational improvements.

Requirements

• BSN and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Active RN license in good standing, with eligibility for licensure in all U.S. states and territories.
• Ability to analyze complex information independently and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, and active-listening communication skills.
• Must work from an eligible U.S. location and maintain a dedicated home workspace that protects member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Must have non-cellular high-speed internet with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload; hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet are not permitted.
