Senior Technical Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical implementations of hirify.global Marketing and Search platforms for customers.
• Consult on data architecture, data mapping, integrations, solution design, and technical best practices.
• Integrate products using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, web services, APIs, and SFTP.
• Identify and resolve integration risks, frontend issues, backend performance problems, and account issues.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and help configure marketing automation, dynamic content, web layers, and targeted campaigns.
• Develop repeatable, scalable processes that improve project quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in service delivery, consulting, or a related technical customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, technical problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree.
• Experience with data imports, transformations, and transfers through APIs or SFTP.
• Frontend coding experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS for web-based SaaS platforms.
• Backend experience with Node, Python, SQL, or BigQuery is an asset.

Nice to have

• Experience with tag managers such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium.
• Experience with marketing automation, CDP, or search platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Braze, Klaviyo, Endeca, Solr, or Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience building marketing automation use cases and supporting email warmups.
