TL;DR
Senior Platform Solutions Consultant (SaaS/API): Guiding customers through SaaS implementations and migrations by designing scalable solutions across APIs, integrations, data flows, and custom technical requirements with an accent on technical discovery, solution architecture, and implementation readiness. Focus on translating complex environments into actionable delivery plans, resolving technical risks and dependencies, and aligning customer, developer, and implementation stakeholders through go-live.
Location: Remote in the US

What you will do
- Advise customers throughout SaaS implementations and transitions, helping them evaluate technical options and navigate implementation decisions.
- Design solutions across APIs, system integrations, data flows, and custom technical requirements.
- Lead technical discovery with customer and internal teams to identify environments, requirements, dependencies, risks, and desired outcomes.
- Translate complex technical challenges into actionable plans and coordinate resources toward implementation milestones and go-live.
- Identify and resolve technical roadblocks while aligning developers, implementation specialists, customers, and business stakeholders.
- Connect customer business objectives and technical requirements with available platform capabilities and solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development and technical implementation experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data flows, modern application development, SaaS, and cloud solutions.
- Experience leading or participating in complex software implementations, SaaS migrations, or platform implementations involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Strong technical problem-solving, solution design, risk analysis, and dependency management skills.
- Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts and influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Availability to work remotely from the US and coordinate across customer and internal teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with JavaScript, React, or similar modern development technologies.
- Background in enterprise SaaS, ERP, higher education technology, or complex enterprise software.
- Experience supporting cloud or SaaS transformation and migration initiatives.
- Familiarity with student information systems, ERP platforms, higher education technology, or solutions.
