Enterprise Architect - Data Management

Location: North America; flexible hybrid schedules are available. Compensation applies to U.S. locations and Toronto.

Base salary: $168,500–$239,400 in the U.S.; CAD 216,500–CAD 299,250 in Toronto, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and lead enterprise-wide data and technology solutions for client transformation programs.
• Translate business and technology objectives into roadmaps, target-state architectures, operating models, and delivery plans.
• Lead architecture workshops, produce enterprise-level diagrams and artifacts, and establish architectural standards.
• Evaluate vendors, platforms, and build-versus-buy or sourcing options across data and technology solutions.
• Lead complex integration, data strategy, and internal IP accelerator initiatives across multiple projects.
• Manage architecture teams, project delivery, executive communications, mentoring, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or architecture, including enterprise integration and large transformation programs.
• Experience developing current-state assessments, gap analyses, operating models, and interim- and target-state data architectures.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Semarchy, Profisee, Reltio, Curioum, CluedIn, GoldenSource, Eagle DM/PACE, or Gresham/S&P/Markit EDM.
• Strong data modeling, ETL/ELT, API integration, event streaming, data warehousing, orchestration, and transformation experience.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, data mesh, data products, lakehouse architectures, data governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality.
• Ability to design secure, reliable, compliant architectures and lead cross-functional teams in the asset and wealth management industry.

Nice to have

• Experience with Erwin or ER/Studio.
• Familiarity with Agile data engineering project delivery.
