Account Manager, SMB (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $112,000–$168,000 US OTE annually plus benefits

What you will do

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual upsell revenue targets.
• Build and execute account plans with the Partner and Channel Development team.
• Implement sales activity plans and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Drive adoption and sales of new technologies across the current customer base.
• Maintain KPI reporting and CRM data for effective business administration.
• Follow the defined sales methodology and manage end-to-end execution.

Requirements

• Experience in IT sales, preferably involving email, messaging, security, or storage solutions.
• Demonstrated success in achieving new-business sales targets.
• Understanding of corporate IT teams and procurement processes.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Experience in both direct and indirect sales is advantageous.
• Successful completion of applicable background checks is required.
