Program Manager (AI)

Location: Brooklyn, New York; four days in-office and one day remote

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually for NY/CA; the range may vary by location.

What you will do

• Develop scopes, timelines, budgets, and delivery systems for creative programs.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings across the full program lifecycle.
• Deliver strategic and creative work to clients and maintain contact reports.
• Manage talent allocations, resource planning, and program delivery against timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate creative, production, strategy, and external partner teams.
• Maintain documentation, communications, and integrated team processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar communications environment.
• Understanding of advertising, marketing, media, production, and agency finance.
• Experience with integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, experiential, or social channels.
• Experience supporting or leading cross-functional calls and working directly with clients.
• Strong written communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, especially Sheets and Slides, plus resource management or project planning tools.

Nice to have

• Experience managing creative and production timelines and deliverables.
• Exposure to production processes.
• Experience as a producer or account executive in an agency environment.
• Strong interest in culture, innovation, and AI tools.
