Focus on analysing compensation against market data and internal peers, producing pay-gap and range-positioning analysis, and coordinating reward processes across multiple countries.

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day global benefits activities across multiple countries, including enrolments, changes, queries, renewals, and provider coordination.
- Maintain benefits inventories, renewal calendars, documentation, standard operating procedures, and governance controls.
- Support global salary benchmarking, compensation surveys, job mapping, salary-range analysis, and market research.
- Produce compensation analyses covering compa-ratios, range positioning, internal equity, and pay gaps.
- Support annual merit, promotion, and compensation review cycles, including EU Pay Transparency readiness.
- Maintain reporting and accurate compensation and benefits data while partnering with People Operations, Payroll, HR Business Partners, brokers, insurers, and external providers.
Requirements
- Approximately 4–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Reward, or a related analytical HR role.
- Practical experience administering employee benefits across multiple countries.
- Experience working with brokers, insurers, or benefits providers.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking, salary ranges, market data, or compensation review processes.
- Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and ability to manage sensitive data and multiple deadlines.
