HR Operations Manager

What you will do

• Lead the HR Operations team and provide seamless, employee-focused support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, improving consistency, and enhancing service delivery.
• Act as an escalation point for complex operational matters and resolve issues using a solution-focused approach.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to deliver effective people processes.
• Develop HR systems, data, reporting capabilities, service metrics, and operational insights.
• Contribute operational expertise to HR and business-wide projects that improve global HR service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Service Delivery, ideally in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Experience leading, managing, or developing HR Operations or shared service teams.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and employee lifecycle processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow simplification, data integrity, and operational excellence.
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience; CIPD membership or progress toward qualification is desirable.
