What you will do

• Advise HR colleagues and business stakeholders on pay, incentives, and benefits.
• Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, benchmarking, data management, and governance.
• Maintain pay structures, job evaluation processes, and grading frameworks.
• Administer and improve incentive schemes in line with business objectives.
• Manage benefits activities, renewals, providers, costs, and service quality.
• Prepare reward data, trend analysis, and reports for HR and leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in reward, compensation and benefits, or HR advisory work with reward exposure.
• Confidence working with data and presenting clear, practical insights.
• Hands-on experience supporting benefits administration and renewals across multiple providers.
• Knowledge of insured benefits such as private medical, dental, and life assurance.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and advise stakeholders.
• Understanding of reward principles, salary benchmarking, and job evaluation; familiarity with HR systems and reward tools is beneficial.
