Total Rewards Partner (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with two days per week in the London office

hirify.global operates an online car-selling platform connecting private sellers with more than 8,000 dealers across the UK.

What you will do

• Own market pricing, pay benchmarking, external surveys, job matching, and competitive pay analysis.
• Implement the job architecture by building and maintaining salary bands using best-practice standards and AI tooling.
• Run the annual merit cycle and gender pay gap reporting with People and Finance stakeholders.
• Maintain compensation data in Humaans, build decision-support dashboards, and support benchmarking and offer processes.
• Develop and administer employee equity plans, including grant sizing, vesting, segmentation, option pool analysis, and equity burn monitoring.
• Audit and improve commission plans, including their analysis, documentation, policies, and communications.

Requirements

• Experience in total rewards, compensation and benefits, or reward.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for data analysis, dashboard development, and recommendations.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
• Clear communication and effective partnership with People, Finance, senior leadership, and the wider business.
• Comfort working across a broad remit in a small team.

Nice to have

• Experience with employee equity plans such as EMI or unapproved options.
• Experience with commission plan design, auditing, or review.
