Realty Project Coach

Location: Muncie, Indiana, United States, based at a home store with frequent travel across surrounding states and farther across the US

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annually, plus potential performance bonuses and additional compensation

hirify.global supports retail store and club operations, remodels, new locations, and special projects across the United States.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders while minimizing disruption to store operations.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates, including assigning duties and recognizing performance.
• Partner with store leadership, suppliers, and associates to resolve concerns and escalations.
• Support business solutions, process improvements, compliance, and implementation of company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.
• Frequent travel is required, including being away from home approximately 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time.
• Required training and assessments must be completed successfully.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification.
