Realty Project Coach (Construction)

Location: Elkhart, Indiana, United States; based at a home store with frequent travel to surrounding states or farther across the US. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time, with primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 per year, plus potential performance-based bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver store and club remodels, new store and club openings, and special projects across assigned locations.
• Own project execution, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and communication with key stakeholders.
• Partner with store leadership and team leads to supervise hourly associates and minimize disruption to store operations.
• Resolve concerns and escalations involving store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and recognize associates while supporting their development and career progression.
• Implement business solutions, monitor results, and adapt to changing project and organizational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently, including stays away from home for extended periods.
• Successful completion of required job training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification.
