(USA) Realty Project Coach (Retail Construction)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States; based out of a home store with frequent travel to surrounding states or farther across the US. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time, with primarily overnight shifts lasting 10–12 hours.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus potential performance-based bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates working on assigned projects.
• Communicate project plans, changes, obstacles, and progress to store leadership and other stakeholders.
• Resolve concerns and escalations involving store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Support business solutions, compliance with company policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently, including overnight travel and primarily overnight shifts.
• Ability to attend and successfully complete required trainings and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification.
