Realty Project Coach (Retail)

Location: Valdosta, Georgia, United States; frequent travel across the US, with up to 80% of time away from home and overnight project assignments lasting 17–21 days.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus potential performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders while minimizing disruption to store operations.
• Supervise, train, mentor, evaluate, and recognize hourly associates.
• Partner with store leadership, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve concerns and keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.
• Frequent travel across the US is required, potentially up to 1,000 miles from the home store.

• Master’s degree in business or a related field.
