Realty Project Coach (Retail Construction)

Location: Peoria, Illinois, United States; frequent travel to projects across the United States, with overnight work and travel away from home for 17–21 days at a time.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 per year, plus potential performance-based bonuses and other compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders while minimizing impacts on store operations.
• Supervise, train, mentor, recognize, and develop hourly associates.
• Collaborate with store leadership, suppliers, and associates to resolve concerns and escalations.
• Implement business solutions, monitor progress, and adapt to changing operational demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and successful completion of required training and assessments.
• Ability to work primarily overnight shifts lasting approximately 10–12 hours and travel frequently across the United States.

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.

• Project Management Professional certification.
