Realty Project Coach

Location: Amelia, Ohio, United States, with frequent travel to projects across the US. The role is based at a home store, requires reliable transportation, primarily overnight shifts of 10–12 hours, and travel up to 1,000 miles from home. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus potential annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new locations, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
• Communicate project plans, changes, obstacles, and operational impacts to stakeholders.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates working on assigned projects.
• Resolve concerns and escalations involving store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Build stakeholder relationships, monitor progress, and implement business improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work primarily overnight shifts and travel extensively across the United States.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Successful completion of required job training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• One year of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
