Realty Project Coach (Construction)

Location: Goshen, Indiana, United States; based at a home store with frequent travel to surrounding states and other US project locations. The role requires working primarily overnight shifts of 10–12 hours and being away from home approximately 80% of the time, including 17–21-day assignments.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus potential performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate project plans, changes, obstacles, and operational impacts to stakeholders.
• Supervise, train, mentor, recognize, and develop hourly associates.
• Partner with store leadership, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve concerns and escalations.
• Adapt project execution to changing workloads, organizational priorities, and business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Relevant experience may include project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and travel frequently across the United States is required.
• Successful completion of required job training and assessments.
