Realty Project Coach

Location: Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, United States; based out of a home store with frequent travel to surrounding states or farther across the US. Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours, with travel up to 1,000 miles from home and time away from home for 80% of the role or 17–21 days at a time.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, with potential performance-based bonuses and additional compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate project plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders while minimizing impact on store operations.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates, including assigning duties and recognizing performance.
• Partner with store leadership, suppliers, and associates to resolve concerns and escalations.
• Implement business solutions, monitor progress, and adapt to changing operational demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to complete required trainings and assessments.
• Ability to work primarily overnight shifts and travel extensively across the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
