Realty Project Coach (USA)

Location: Tacoma, Washington, United States; frequent travel to projects across the US

Salary: $80,168.40–$121,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation

hirify.global is a large retail corporation operating stores and clubs across the United States.

What you will do

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Own project execution in assigned stores while managing timelines, budgets, quality standards, plans, changes, and obstacles.
• Partner with store team leads and leadership to supervise associates and minimize disruption to store operations.
• Resolve concerns and escalations involving store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and recognize associates while supporting their development and career paths.
• Travel frequently, including overnight assignments of 17–21 days and up to 1,000 miles from home.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours, with frequent travel and being away from home approximately 80% of the time.
• Required training and assessments must be completed successfully.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Project Management Professional certification.
