Realty Project Coach (Construction)

Location: Canal Winchester, Ohio, United States. The role is based at a home store and requires frequent travel across the US, with employees away from home up to 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time. Primarily overnight shifts lasting 10–12 hours.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual base salary, with potential performance-based bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate project plans, changes, obstacles, and operational impacts to key stakeholders.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates working on projects.
• Resolve concerns and escalations involving store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Implement business solutions, monitor results, and adapt to changing project and organizational demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel frequently, including to surrounding states or farther.
• Ability to work primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.
• Successful completion of required trainings and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
