Location: Phillips, Wisconsin, United States. Onsite office-based role with exposure to shop-floor environments, physical activity, and more than 25% travel.

What you will do
- Lead the complete equipment lifecycle from quotation and application engineering through design release, project execution, delivery, and customer acceptance.
- Own the product value stream, including strategic planning, pricing, cost estimation, margin analysis, budgeting, and P&L drivers.
- Lead Inside Sales, Applications Engineering, Project Management, and related cross-functional activities across the value stream.
- Oversee large and complex projects, coordinate multiple functional areas, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery that meets customer expectations.
- Champion Lean practices, eliminate waste, optimize flow, and drive systemic improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Develop employees, support succession planning, and build alignment across engineering, sales, operations, and other functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Typically 10+ years of experience in engineering or project management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for teams, budgets, projects, and business results.
- Knowledge of manufacturing policies, Lean techniques, process auditing, project planning, negotiation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Technical ability to provide clear direction to engineers, supported by strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems; MAPICS and Sales Logix are preferred.
