Engineering Project Manager II

What you will do

• Lead planning and execution for new product development, cost reduction, technology integration, and lifecycle support projects.
• Create schedules and product development plans while integrating activities across engineering, product management, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and other functions.
• Translate product requirements into project scope, design, and product realization plans.
• Manage delivery against schedule, cost, scope, quality, and product lifecycle cost commitments.
• Drive risk and mitigation planning, contingency assessments, design reviews, and GDP milestone progression.
• Capture lessons learned and improve product development processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business marketing, another technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in engineering or brand/product management for equipment, machinery, or other powered products.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing industrial or commercial equipment, machinery, or other powered products.
• Advanced ability to manage multiple projects while balancing resources, timing, quality, and business goals.
• Strong understanding of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, finance, sales, and marketing in product development.
• Advanced communication, team-building, leadership, and cross-functional influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Project management experience with cross-functional teams delivering full-system product releases.
