What you will do

• Lead the enterprise executive compensation function, including strategy execution, governance, administration, and operational effectiveness.
• Design, implement, administer, and improve executive salary, annual and long-term incentive, equity, and retention programs.
• Prepare compensation materials and recommendations for the Compensation Committee and Board of Directors.
• Advise executive leadership, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Sales Incentive Administration teams.
• Lead compensation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, executive transitions, and talent decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop executive compensation professionals and external consulting resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive compensation experience, including 7+ years of executive compensation experience.
• Experience supporting Compensation Committees and Boards of Directors.
• Mastery-level expertise in executive compensation strategy, governance, program administration, incentive plans, equity programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial, accounting, analytical, communication, presentation, and executive consultation skills.
• Employment eligibility verification is conducted through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in a publicly traded company environment.
• CCP, CECP, CEP, or equivalent professional certification.
