Senior Director, Finance (Technology)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; corporate onsite/hybrid role

Compensation: $176,000–$264,000 annual base pay. Geographic-specific structures may apply, including $193,600–$290,400 and $202,400–$303,600.

What you will do

• Partner with senior technology executives on business priorities, investment decisions, organizational design, operating models, and technology strategy.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and quarterly business reviews across large technology portfolios.
• Develop investment strategies, business cases, ROI analyses, portfolio priorities, and value realization measures.
• Set financial targets and performance metrics while driving cost management, financial discipline, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare board-quality materials, executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and leadership communications.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing finance teams and represent Finance in governance, investment, and transformation forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another business discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with increasing financial management responsibility.
• Experience leading teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and partnering with senior leadership.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, strategic planning, investment analysis, and business acumen.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation, organizational change, or operational improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration or Certified Public Accountant qualification.
