Staff Product Designer, Enterprise (AI)

Location: Tier 1 locations include San Francisco, Seattle, and New York, United States.

Salary: $164,800–$197,760 per year for Tier 1 locations.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for desktop web applications.
• Lead product design across 0-1 initiatives and established enterprise products for insurance AI, document processing, and related use cases.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations specialists to solve product and business challenges.
• Advocate for user needs as the founding designer for the business unit.
• Contribute to the company-wide design system and interaction patterns.
• Identify product gaps, develop solutions, and build support for implementation.

Requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end B2B and enterprise web applications.
• Extremely high proficiency in Figma and the ability to execute quickly.
• Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, domain-specific editors, and forms.
• Understanding of front-end development processes for web interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including customer-facing meetings.
• Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of product design skills.
