Staff Product Designer, Enterprise (AI)

Salary: $233,600–$292,000 USD annually for the listed full-time locations. Another Tier 1 range of $164,800–$197,760 is also stated.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for desktop web applications.
• Lead product design for multiple AI for Enterprise Data products, including 0-1 initiatives and established products.
• Design tools for insurance AI, document processing, and related enterprise data use cases.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Operations to solve product and business challenges.
• Advocate for user needs as the founding designer of the business unit and identify product gaps.
• Contribute to the company-wide design system and interaction patterns.

Requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end B2B and enterprise web applications.
• Extremely high proficiency in Figma and fast execution speed.
• Experience designing dashboards, data visualizations, domain-specific editors, and forms.
• Understanding of front-end development processes for web interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including customer-facing meetings.
• Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of product design skills.
