Senior Corporate Recruiter (AI)

Location: United States; home office in Des Moines, Iowa. Remote work is indicated for the role.

Salary: $106,900–$159,280 base salary, plus corporate bonus potential.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and hard-to-fill corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, interview plans, and evaluation criteria.
• Build sourcing strategies through referrals, direct outreach, talent communities, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping.
• Conduct structured recruiter screens and deliver high-quality, diverse candidate slates.
• Manage pipelines, recruiting workflows, funnel reporting, and candidate engagement through each hiring stage.
• Use approved AI and automation tools for sourcing research, screening preparation, market analysis, documentation, analytics, and content drafting with human oversight.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or in-house Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for professional and business-critical roles in a technology or multinational environment.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Operations, or Procurement.
• Expertise in passive-talent sourcing, Boolean search, referrals, direct outreach, and talent-market mapping.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting workflows, reporting tools, talent-intelligence platforms, and competency-based interviewing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
