Realty Project Coach (Construction)

Location: Warren, Michigan, United States. Based at a home store with frequent travel to surrounding states and other U.S. project locations; expect to be away from home approximately 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time. Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus potential performance bonuses and additional compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver assigned projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate project plans, changes, obstacles, and operational impacts to stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly associates, coordinate with store leadership, and resolve supplier, store, and associate escalations.
• Hire, train, mentor, evaluate, recognize, and support the career development of associates.
• Implement business solutions, monitor progress, and adapt to changing operational demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Relevant experience may include project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 1,000 miles from home.
• Successful completion of required job training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification.
