Realty Project Coach

Location: Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States; frequent travel to project locations across the US

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus potential performance-based bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Own project execution, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and operational impact.
• Communicate project plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise, train, mentor, recognize, and develop hourly associates.
• Partner with store leadership and suppliers to resolve concerns and escalations.
• Work primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours and travel frequently, including periods of 17–21 days away from home.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may include project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for frequent travel of up to 1,000 miles from home and overnight work is required.
• Successful completion of required job training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification.
