Realty Project Coach (Retail)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States, with frequent travel to projects across the US; the role requires being away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus potential performance bonuses and stock compensation

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Coordinate project plans, changes, obstacles, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and store operations.
• Supervise, train, mentor, evaluate, and recognize hourly associates.
• Partner with store leadership, suppliers, team leads, and other stakeholders to resolve concerns and escalations.
• Implement business solutions, monitor progress, and adapt to changing operational demands.
• Work primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours and travel frequently, with mileage reimbursement and paid overnight stays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 1,000 miles from the home store are required.
• Successful completion of required job training and assessments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.

• Project Management Professional certification.
