Realty Project Coach (Retail Construction)

Location: Monroe, North Carolina, United States; frequent travel across the US, including up to 1,000 miles from home and 80% time away from home

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus possible performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Own project execution in assigned stores and keep work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
• Coordinate plans, changes, obstacles, and project requirements with store leadership and key stakeholders.
• Supervise, train, mentor, evaluate, and develop hourly associates.
• Resolve concerns and escalations involving store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Work primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours and travel frequently to project locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and successful completion of required training and assessments.
• Ability to work primarily overnight shifts and travel extensively, including being away from home for 17–21 days at a time.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
