Realty Project Coach (Construction)

Location: Dearborn, Michigan, United States; based at a home store with frequent travel to projects across the US. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time, with overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus potential performance-based bonuses and additional compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate project plans, changes, obstacles, and progress to key stakeholders.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates working on projects.
• Partner with store leadership and suppliers to resolve concerns and minimize disruption to store operations.
• Travel frequently to project locations, potentially up to 1,000 miles from the home store.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and successful completion of required training and assessments.
• Ability to work primarily overnight shifts and travel frequently across the United States.

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.

• Project Management Professional certification.
