Realty Project Coach (Retail)

Location: Republic, Missouri, United States, based at a home store with frequent travel to surrounding states or farther across the US. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time; overnight shifts average 10–12 hours.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual base salary, plus potential performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects in assigned locations.
• Coordinate project plans, changes, obstacles, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and impact on store operations.
• Supervise, motivate, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates working on projects.
• Partner with store leadership, team leads, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve concerns and escalations.
• Monitor project progress, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to changing business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Reliable transportation and successful completion of required training and assessments.
• Ability to work primarily overnight shifts and travel frequently, including being away from home approximately 80% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
