3DEXPERIENCE Project Manager (Bilingual - FR)

What you will do

• Lead the business-side implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE Product Lifecycle Management solution for Completion activities.
• Coordinate business and technical workstreams with the IT Project Manager and project stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor Business Analysts and Business Experts while facilitating workshops and requirements sessions.
• Define, analyze, and optimize business processes for PLM deployment and long-term adoption.
• Oversee business testing, user acceptance testing, readiness assessments, and deployment preparation.
• Drive stakeholder communication, change management, user adoption, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry and with PLM systems.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and a proven record delivering PLM implementation or transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Fluent French required; strong spoken and written English communication skills.
