Senior Consulting Project Manager

Location: United States, New Jersey, offsite/home

Salary: $77,000–$137,940 annual base salary; offers may vary by experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.

What you will do

• Manage multiple medium to large consulting transformation projects and programs for strategic hirify.global customers.
• Lead data migration, software development, and software training projects from execution through completion.
• Coordinate internal and external team members, account teams, technical experts, and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, reporting, and project control tools using standard PM and PSA software.
• Analyze project plans, evaluate risks, and create mitigation plans to protect delivery timelines and budgets.
• Support proposals, scopes of work, delivery estimates, resource planning, and client relationship management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably in professional services or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• PMP, PMI, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects into production within cost and schedule constraints.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical experts, sales, subject matter experts, and project managers.
• Ability to write and review scopes of work and project documentation, develop presentations, and demonstrate coaching and leadership skills.
