What you will do

• Design and execute communication plans for digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify impacted personas and stakeholders and tailor engagement messaging.
• Define and implement training plans to support adoption of new digital solutions.
• Coordinate the decommissioning of legacy tools and deployment of new solutions.
• Maintain Organizational Change Management tools and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement within transformation projects.
• Experience leading large-scale change initiatives.
• Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Change, or a related field.
• Fluent English required.
• Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Change management certification such as PROSCI.
• French language skills.
