Summer 2027 Internship - Operations (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at the Kent, Washington office, United States. Full-time onsite attendance is required for 10–14 consecutive weeks starting in May 2027.

Salary: $28–$40 per hour, depending on academic level.

hirify.global is developing Nova, a fully and rapidly reusable launch vehicle designed for daily flight and lower-cost, more reliable space transportation.

What you will do

• Work on real, open-ended operational projects with direct impact on company outcomes.
• Manage complex projects from planning through execution.
• Analyze operational workflows and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning, market analysis, and scalable business practices.
• Depending on the team, support aerospace regulatory research, contract review, legal documentation, sales, marketing, content, SEO, events, and campaign metrics.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, pre-law, or engineering.
• Ability to learn quickly, self-direct, move fast, and apply state-of-the-art techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite in Kent, Washington for at least 10–14 consecutive weeks starting in May 2027.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations for ITAR-regulated work.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational workflow analysis, cross-functional projects, strategic planning, or market analysis.
• Familiarity with aerospace regulations, contract review, legal documentation, or contract development.
• Experience with content creation, social media, SEO, events, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or conversion and ROI tracking.
