What you will do

  • Lead the Change Management Center of Excellence for Global Development.
  • Establish change management methodologies, frameworks, playbooks, tools, governance, and performance measures.
  • Develop integrated change strategies, assess cumulative impacts and change saturation, and advise leaders on readiness, risks, and sequencing.
  • Partner with communications, therapeutic area, functional, HR, L&D, and R&D leaders to align initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build change management capability through coaching, training, toolkits, communities of practice, and leadership engagement.
  • Manage change resources and external partners while providing transparency on investments.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc or equivalent required; an advanced degree in organizational development, behavioral science, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, including leadership of large-scale change programs.
  • Experience establishing or leading a Change Management CoE, PMO, Transformation Office, or comparable portfolio capability.
  • Strong executive presence, collaboration, facilitation, stakeholder influence, and strategic execution skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, drug development, or another regulated industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; active Prosci, ACMP CCMP, or equivalent certification is preferred or expected.
