(USA) Realty Project Coach

Location: Tomball, Texas, United States; based at a home store with frequent travel across the United States. The role requires overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours and being away from home approximately 80% of the time, including periods of 17–21 days.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver assigned projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate project plans, changes, and obstacles to store leadership and other stakeholders.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates working on projects.
• Resolve concerns and escalations involving store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Travel frequently to project locations, potentially up to 1,000 miles from the home store.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of relevant experience, or three years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and successful completion of required trainings and assessments.
• Availability for primarily overnight shifts, frequent travel, and extended periods away from home is required.

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.

• Project Management Professional certification.
