Channel Specialist (Travel Technology)

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, United States; based in the Honolulu office. Hybrid-friendly.

Salary: $20.50–$30.75 per hour, plus 10% bonus potential

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound affiliate support issues through email and phone.
• Build expertise in affiliate programs and related processes.
• Support clients by understanding issues, troubleshooting problems, and making decisions on affiliate concerns.
• Implement and maintain technical components for new and existing reseller partnerships.
• Coordinate escalations across teams and provide user stories to Software Development for product improvements.
• Maintain help documentation, partner relationships, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Precise, detail-oriented, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
• Experience or aptitude for customer and technical support, new technology, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Adaptable, positive, collaborative, and comfortable embracing change and sharing ideas.
• Interest in the travel and tourism industry.
• Must be local to Hawaii and authorized to work in the United States.
