Staff Program Manager, Organizational Change Management (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California or San Diego, California

Salary: $158,000–$214,000 base pay annually in Mountain View, with potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end organizational change management delivery for critical cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and employee-experience programs.
• Build audience and impact analyses, adoption strategies, success metrics, readiness plans, and risk mitigation approaches.
• Develop and deliver communications through email, Slack, intranet, in-tool messaging, and executive briefings.
• Create guides, FAQs, training assets, and self-service resources for a distributed global workforce.
• Engage stakeholders from frontline employees through senior leadership and partner with development, product, and technical program teams.
• Measure adoption and sentiment, monitor feedback channels, and refine programs based on employee insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of change management experience supporting large, multi-site enterprise implementations across HR, IT service, security, or employee-experience technology.
• Ability to personally own change strategy and execution, including strategy, writing, content design, facilitation, and communications.
• Fluency with AI tools and platforms for research, content development, and analysis, plus the ability to guide AI-driven change.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, writing, content-design, project-management, and organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency with ADKAR or an equivalent structured change methodology, impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and readiness planning.
• Experience with collaboration SaaS applications, HR, security, data security, compliance, and technology organizations.
