Location: Austin, Texas, United States

Salary: $119,000–$166,500 total cash range; potential increase up to $190,500 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Drive execution of technical projects across Web and App Servicing teams.
• Apply software development lifecycle, engineering, and program management practices to plan and deliver initiatives.
• Track schedules, maintain documentation, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional product development discussions and improve processes using structured tools and techniques.
• Build clear communication materials and explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical partners.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation, drive adoption of AI-powered workflows, and establish data quality and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 1 year as a Technical Program Manager.
• Experience independently leading technical projects and Agile ceremonies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle stages, cross-team coordination, user flows, and technical system design.
• Ability to identify process inefficiencies, create structured documentation, and present technical concepts clearly.
• A four-year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
