Program Manager III (AI)

Salary: $146,000–$204,500 per year, with potential pay up to $233,500 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and outcomes across multiple teams and domains.
• Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with clear success measures and governance processes.
• Drive operational reviews, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and data-informed reporting.
• Build partnerships with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders while communicating status and recommendations.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions and apply AI-driven tools and workflows to real-world products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience managing complex programs, initiatives, or portfolios involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, delivery measurement, governance, and reporting.
• Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills in ambiguous and changing environments.
• Experience with workplace or end-user productivity programs, including endpoints, devices, and SaaS lifecycle management, is preferred.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles, systems thinking, process improvement, and data analysis is preferred.
