Manager, Operations-Strategy, Trust & Safety

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville Home Office, 802 Respect Dr, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, annual and long-range plans, portfolio processes, and launch plans.
• Build and validate KPI frameworks, benchmarking, parity assessments, analyses, and recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate leadership offsites, cross-functional planning, and recurring operating mechanisms.
• Analyze data and business trends to create actionable recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.
• Build stakeholder relationships to support business goals and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field and 2 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related area, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including reviewing data, identifying trends, and summarizing findings.
• Experience supporting strategic planning, business operations, program management, or related work.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to track priorities, timelines, and follow-up actions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for presentations, reports, and leadership updates.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and support planning sessions, meetings, and business reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience supervising associates.
• Master’s degree in Economics.
• Project Management Professional certification.
