Senior Manager, Technology Operations (Identity Fraud & Risk)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; Home Office

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

hirify.global is part of Walmart and supports technology operations for the Enterprise Consumer Fraud & Risk organization, which protects customers, members, and the business from fraud.

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction for multiple technology operations projects and allocate resources effectively.
• Track milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, launch readiness, and post-launch validation for identity-related initiatives.
• Develop technology strategies that support business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Build stakeholder relationships and influence decisions across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.
• Monitor initiative performance through metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics, implementing risk mitigation plans.
• Translate business requirements into technology initiatives and maintain fraud requirements and operating procedures in Confluence for multiple tenants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area; alternatively, 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in technology and business operations, identity fraud and risk, and eCommerce.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, influencing, communication, and business-case development skills.
• Ability to work with data, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics partners to understand fraud trends and business impact.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 4 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies.
