Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - Intelligence & Analytics

Location: 811 Excellence, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; Home Office

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead dashboards and reports that communicate Item and intellectual property trends to Compliance and executive audiences.
• Translate complex datasets into clear visual narratives highlighting insights, risks, and emerging patterns.
• Design reporting frameworks to monitor global program performance, enforcement activity, and operational risk.
• Own global analytics and reporting across infringement types and compliance operations.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to align insights with strategic priorities.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and provide recommendations for decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or insights, with a strong focus on data visualization and storytelling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• At least 3 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Trust & Safety, compliance, risk, or intellectual property.
• Operational experience with enforcement workflows, case management, or program performance metrics.
• Master of Business Administration.
• Project Management Professional certification.
