Manager, Technology Operations - Marketplace API

Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States — Walmart home office

Salary: $104,000–$202,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Manage multiple Solution Provider and Channel Partner integration initiatives, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.
• Translate business requirements and partner needs into actionable plans with Business, Product, and Technology teams.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify integration challenges, process gaps, trends, and API adoption opportunities.
• Develop metrics, reporting, and insights to communicate program performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Improve partner onboarding and integration processes through scalable operational approaches.
• Support API ecosystem and onboarding process initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in API integration and technology operations with a data-driven, action-oriented approach.
• Program and project management experience covering planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium- to high-complexity technology initiatives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Understanding of system integration and organizational strategy.
• Leadership experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3 years of related experience, or 5 years of related project, program, or operations experience.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
